Another month long break.  I really need to get my blogging together!  Without any further delay here’s Tip #2:

Get moving!  No amount of dieting is gonna get you to your goals in a healthy way.  Exercise is the best way to get those extra pounds off.  No sugar-coating it.  Believe me, I know how hard it is to get your butt to the gym, but it’s now become my “me” time where I can listen to my favourite songs on my iPod and tune the world out.  If you’re feeling totally unmotivated halfway through or even at the start of your workout, just drop in on a fitness class.  Being in a group will totally get you through your workout.  Even if it’s not the same intensity (sometimes it’s even higher!) it’s better than giving up and going home.

If you’re stuck on where to start, I recommend getting a personal trainer.  That’s what I did, and he really helped me out with motivation and tailoring a workout just for me.  And when you’re bored with your workout you can count on them to switch it up!  Remember, you don’t have to stay with them forever if you don’t want to, but I totally would if I had the cash!  In case you’re interested here’s the link to my personal trainer.
